Configuring and installing PCs, servers, routers and switches, connecting PCs to TCP/IP networks, installing and maintaining peripheral equipment, such as printers, modems, scanners, etc., as well as perform troubleshooting and repair of low-level PC, server, network and software issues and other hardware and software tasks as assigned both in-house and at client sites.
Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, software and peripheral devices in a diverse environment Ability to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Possess good communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette Able to interact well in a team environment or training capacity Have a strong desire to learn and be able to follow policies and procedures
IT or Computer Science Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Training or experience with Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP networking
260,000 - 400,000 JPY/month depending on skills and experience
