About the Opportunity  

• Prepare, review, and verify the accuracy of the general ledger, journal entries
• Submit sales tax returns and maintain supporting documents required
• Review financial data and prepare monthly performance reports for Leadership and Operations team. These can relate to performance KPIs, sales, Account management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Overheads, etc.
• Work with Account Management to provide customer related analysis and provide
• recommendations on improvement areas
• Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential
• improvement
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Support annual budgeting process and review
• Perform other duties as assigned

About You  

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years’ experience in General accounting, Analysis, Cash management
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting and Finance practices
• Superior problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and comfort with a startup environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Salary Range  
$80,000 - $90,000/year
