• 安全衛生、防火、衛生に関する規則の遵守を徹底し、アソシエイトがこの面での責任を十分に認識し、遵守するようにすること。

• 警備担当者のローテーションを確実に実施し、欠勤、病気、休暇の際の警備担当者のカバーを確保すること。
• 部門長が不在の場合、セキュリティと安全に関するあらゆる面でセキュリティ部門を監督すること。
• ゲストルームやパブリックエリアの物品を定期的に監視し、セキュリティの向上を図ること。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To assess and report potential loss situations in the hotel in order that accidental Profit loss may be prevented. 
• To report and investigate all thefts and criminal offences in the hotel or affecting the hotel, record all relevant incidents to Director of Safety and Security and EAM. 
• To assess and report potential safety hazards in order that remedial action are taken. 
• The identification and removal of all undesirables who are seen to be of detriment to the hotel and / or its clients. 
• To assist in the supervision and application of the key control system for all rooms, departments and master keys of the hotel. 
• To ensure the secure handling of all cash movements throughout the hotel. 
• To assist in enquiries from the civil police or other Government departments and law enforcement agencies. 
• To respond immediately to all fire alarms and act in accordance with policy and procedures with regard to fire, also to respond to all exit and security alarms, making a full investigation and reporting accordingly. 
• To adhere to any other reasonable instruction from Senior Management. 
• To be familiar with anti-terrorist and bomb threat procedure and are able to act as a leader in the event of emergency. 
• To render prompt assistance in the case of a fire, accident or any other emergency that may arise
