Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Guard in London, Ontario. 

Job Title : Security Professional 

Job Location : Ingersoll, ON

Job Type : Full-time

Pay Rate : $ 18.17  per hour 

Shifts: Monday to Fridays - Night shifts

Requirement :

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm  .
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario security guard license and Ontario Driving License.
• Must be willing to commute to site location
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week if required.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions :

• Access control for the facility/area
• Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
• Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
• Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, while conducting in-vehicle patrols of assigned lots and sites 
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
• Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
• Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Conduct regular in-car patrol
