Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to support front desk and administrative functions in a busy office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and at least 1 year of prior receptionist or office administrative experience.

Location: Crossville, TN

Pay: $14–$16 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous, professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Perform general administrative duties such as:
    • Filing
    • Data entry
    • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
    • Managing office supply inventory
    • Scheduling
  • Keep reception and common office areas clean and organized
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of office or administrative experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Professional appearance and punctuality required
  • Reliable transportation to and from work daily
