About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior QA/BA Lead who thrives as an independent contributor while collaborating effectively across teams. You'll drive our quality assurance strategy, test planning, and execution—ensuring every release meets the highest standards.

What You'll Do

🔍 Test Strategy & Execution

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases (functional, regression, integration, performance)
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for optimal efficiency
• Drive end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and scalability

📊 Data Quality & Cataloging

• Document and catalog new data ingestion pipelines
• Create guidelines and automation to ensure highest data quality standards
• Apply data architecture and modeling concepts

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with SMEs, product owners, and engineers to understand system architecture and business logic
• Participate in requirement reviews and technical discussions
• Validate acceptance criteria against real-world scenarios

⚡ Risk Management & Best Practices

• Assess risks and prioritize testing efforts effectively
• Implement shift-left testing and continuous improvement practices
• Conduct root cause analysis and prevent recurring issues
• Ensure compliance, security, and performance benchmarks

🚀 Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging QA trends and automation tools
• Optimize test coverage and execution efficiency
• Provide feedback on development workflows and release processes

What You Bring

✅ 5+ years in software QA with manual and automated testing expertise ✅ Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) ✅ Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) ✅ Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps ✅ Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) ✅ Understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance frameworks ✅ Knowledge of metadata management and data quality assessment ✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
