Overview
We are seeking a QA Engineer to lead quality assurance across multiple products. This role involves ensuring product reliability, driving test automation, and leveraging technology such as AI to enhance testing efficiency and product value.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify and mitigate risks early.

• Plan and execute QA activities for new features (EPICs/PBIs) and regression testing.

• Develop and operate test automation scripts and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to propose quality improvements.

• Monitor test progress, review deliverables, and lead continuous process improvements.

• Collaborate across teams to implement QA best practices.

• (Future) Drive quality strategy at the product level, lead AI-powered testing initiatives, and design automation frameworks at the department level.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years QA engineering experience

• Hands-on test automation experience

• Agile testing background

Preferred

• 3+ years SaaS development (frontend or backend)

• Experience with modeling and QCD concepts

• Knowledge of testing frameworks, CI/CD tools, and various QA methodologies

Tech Stack

• Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C#

• Automation: Playwright

• Infrastructure: GCP, Azure, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion

• Version Control: GitHub

• Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
