Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager experienced in Commercial construction on behalf of a our client. This role offers the opportunity to manage exciting projects in a unique work environment where design meets construction.

Responsibilities:

• Driving successful outcomes across project execution, construction delivery, and overall business performance.
• Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Managing team resources and capacity to ensure optimal project efficiency and delivery.
• Overseeing contract management, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities.
• Ensuring high levels of stakeholder and client satisfaction through direct engagement and clear communication.
• Providing mentorship, training, and coaching to support team development and capability growth.
• Leading efforts in forecasting, site inspections, and progress reporting to maintain transparency and control.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standardized processes.
• Upholding rigorous QA/QC standards across all project phases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects valued at $10M or more.
• Background in managing multifamily, wood-frame residential developments is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education (Diploma or Degree) in a construction-related discipline.
• Familiarity with mass timber construction and prefabricated building methods is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, departmental operations, budgeting, and building high-performing teams.
• Proven success in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Well-developed skills in financial oversight, communication, and organization.
• Comfortable using, or willing to learn, project-related technology tools such as Google Workspace, Buildertrend, and other project management platforms.
• PMP Certification is an asset.
• Educational background in Architecture or Engineering is considered a plus.

What We Can Offer You:

• Salary range: $115,000 - $150,000 (flexible based on experience)
