Job Title: Plant Operator (Pugmill Experience Required)
Pay: $23-$30 per hour + Travel Expenses Paid
Location: based in Hueytown, AL with travel required
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plant Operator with hands-on pugmill operation experience to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and travel expenses covered for work at various job sites.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain pugmill machinery and associated equipment
- Monitor and control material flow and quality
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to ensure timely production
Requirements :
- Proven experience operating pugmill equipment
- Ability to work in outdoor and sometimes remote environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
- Commitment to safety and efficiency
