Investment Manager - Litigation Funder

Key Responsibilities:

*Case Screening & Evaluation
o Use in-house tools and frameworks to review and identify high-potential litigation and arbitration cases in the U.S. (including commercial, IP, and other practice areas).
o Conduct in-depth due diligence on case merits, damages, enforceability, and recovery prospects.

*Engagement with Law Firms & Stakeholders
o Liaise with U.S. law firms, claimants, and counterparties to assess funding needs.
o Support deal structuring, financing agreements, and ongoing case monitoring.

* Investment Analysis & Risk Management
o Collaborate with internal legal, accounting, and investment professionals to evaluate risk/return profiles of potential cases.
o Present investment recommendations and support decision-making processes.

*Portfolio Support
o Track and monitor ongoing funded cases, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
o Provide updates and risk assessments to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Qualified Attorney in any US jurisdictions
- Experience in Litigation, Arbitration, or IP practice
- Willingness to shift into the Investment space
