Job Description

Are you passionate about the esthetics of our stores? Do you love working with and organizing the product to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers? Then this role is for you!

As a  Merchandise Associate , you will be responsible for exercising control over the flow of merchandise. Your key focus is to support the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery.

Day In The Life

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
• Ensure that the transfer, receipt and dispatch of goods are done according to company procedures
• Assist the team in performing tasks related to visual presentation
• Execute visual set‐ups/changes, visual presentation standards and housekeeping duties as
  directed
• Display knowledge of fashion, visual presentation, merchandise flow and sell through
• Direct customer service matters to management and provides feedback
• Support with omni-channel operations, such as packing and preparing e-commerce orders for pickup or delivery 
• Execute visual updates in alignment with brand standards 
• Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a shoppable and inspiring environment 
• Step in to support the sales floor, when needed, to help customers and drive store results. 
• Participate in daily clean-up, stockroom organization, and seasonal floor sets. 

Qualifications

• Previous merchandise, sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store in safe manners
• Availability includes evenings and weekends
• Strong sense of ownership and self-discipline — thrives in an environment with minimal supervision 
• High level of integrity and accountability in daily tasks 
• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative when tasks are not assigned directly.
