Job Requirements

• English Speakers (no Japanese required)
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week (up to 5 days or 40 hours available)
• Weekend work required (All employees must work at least one weekend day, or both for a 10% incentive)
• Must hold a current working visa (visa sponsorship/renewal is available but is dependent on experience and performance)
• Must have a Japanese bank account (Overseas online account are not accepted)

Job Description

We are now hiring for Players (instructors) for our unique classes in the Tokyo area.

My Gym Japan allows children to improve their physical, mental and English abilities in an immersive English environment. Our classes are fun, fast paced and the kids have lots of fun interacting with our outgoing instructors.

We offer a range of classes as you can see below:

Fitness Classes: Physical and mental development in an English environment.

After School: Drop off services for longer stays at My Gym.

World Sports: Learning a new sport every month!

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and flexible performers who can use their talents to inspire children of all ages.

Successful candidates will be performing regular high energy/confident classes with children, whilst also interacting and entertaining their parents. Our extensive training program will allow you to quickly use your existing skills for a new and exciting industry.

Compensation:

• 1,300~2,200 yen per hour (1,250 during the probation period)
• Previous experience and background can also affect the starting wage.
