Echelon Wellness is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support our clinic in a non-primary care
capacity. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for conducting disability assessments,
preparing documentation, and completing administrative duties. Clinical coverage will be required only on
a short-term basis to support the team when other NPs are on vacation or otherwise unavailable. All
relevant training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking patients in
Scheduling treatment appointments, preparing estimates for patients
Meet daily practice goals
Sending insurance claims and pre-determinations for patients
Effectively communicate with clinical staff
Proficient in Microsoft office; word, excel specifically
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
