Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Management Consultant to join our AI Advisory practice, working with mid-market and enterprise clients who are making strategic investments in artificial intelligence. This role combines deep business acumen with technical AI knowledge to drive meaningful transformation and measurable ROI for our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, translating AI opportunities into concrete business outcomes while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue AI transformation opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
• Conduct executive presentations and briefings to C-suite and senior leadership teams
• Lead discovery sessions to analyze client business models, KPIs, and operational challenges
• Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate AI's potential for operational efficiency and cost reduction

Strategic Analysis & Planning

• Perform comprehensive business analysis across client organizations, identifying AI use cases aligned with strategic objectives
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI technologies relevant to client sectors
• Leverage our portfolio of successful AI implementations to inform client recommendations
• Design multi-phase AI transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead cross-functional project teams delivering AI advisory engagements from inception to completion
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with client stakeholders to track progress and adjust strategies
• Facilitate executive alignment sessions to ensure organizational buy-in and sustained momentum
• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction

Technical & Business Integration

• Translate complex AI concepts and cloud-native architectures into business language for executive audiences
• Design AI workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and systems
• Quantify business impact through detailed ROI analysis, cost-benefit modeling, and performance tracking
• Ensure AI implementations drive measurable operational efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 3+ years of management consulting experience with firms or equivalent corporate strategy roles
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI strategy, implementation, or advisory services
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives with budgets exceeding $1M
• Experience working with C-level executives and board members in mid-market to large enterprise organizations

Technical Knowledge

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, use cases, and implementation considerations
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and their role in AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with AI workflow design, data pipelines, and integration patterns
• Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and API-based integrations

Business Acumen

• Expertise in business process analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build compelling ROI cases
• Industry knowledge across multiple verticals (manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, retail, etc.)
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation

Communication & Leadership

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to facilitate executive workshops, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse, global organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree
• Industry certifications in relevant areas (PMP, AWS/Azure certifications, AI/ML specializations)
• Published thought leadership or speaking experience at industry conferences
• Prior experience in professional services sales support and business development
• Fluency in additional languages relevant to global client base

Travel Requirements
