The position is in our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania headquarters (just outside Philadelphia), and applicants should have a strong desire to live in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Performing valuation analyses using various methodologies
  • Building detailed three statement financial models to analyze: leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, mergers
  • Conducting industry and company research
  • Writing detailed reports for client assignments and new business activities
  • Coordinating efforts with deal team members across the firm

Educational Background:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • “Can do” attitude and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and desire to be part of a close-knit group

Other Considerations:

  • Our client teams are small – our Analysts enjoy a steep learning curve with the opportunity to rapidly play a meaningful role
  • Analysts will have direct exposure to and interaction with the senior management of clients, so strong judgment and communication skills are critical
  • Analysts will have the opportunity for promotion to Associate. Previous DSP Analysts have been promoted, pursued an MBA (i.e. Wharton), or utilized their DSP training and experience to transition to private equity, corporate development and technology startups
