is a high-end entertainment club in the center of Roppongi,Tokyo. The venue has been awarded six times on popular review sites!
We are looking for an experienced Bartender and Bar Manager to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience.

The Bartender / Bar Manager will be responsible for creating outstanding cocktails, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing daily bar operations. This role requires both hands-on bartending and management responsibilities.

? Job Responsibilities
■Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to the highest standard.
■Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends.
■Manage daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ordering.
■Train, lead, and support bar staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
■Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
■Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
■Assist in developing seasonal cocktail menus and promotional events.

? Requirements
■Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a bar, cocktail lounge, or similar establishment.
■Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, spirits, and bar operations.
■Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable.
■Excellent customer service and communication skills.
■Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
■Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
■Residing in Japan and being able to work in Roppongi,Tokyo

300,000yen / month ~ (Bartender)
450,000yen / month ~ (Bar Manager)
+Tips, incentives and referral bonuses
*salary dependent on experience and skill

⏰ Working Hours:
19:00 〜 Closing time
*Sundays always off
*Year-end and New Year holidays
■8-hour shifts + 1-hour break
■Two days off per week
