Position Overview
Pact is hiring experienced corporate attorneys for partner roles at our fully remote law firm, offering autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and support from a collaborative legal team. You will lead your practice with access to systems, infrastructure, and the backing of seasoned professionals who prioritize results over red tape.
What You'll Do
• Advise clients on corporate structuring, transactions, and commercial matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts and deal documents
• Manage client matters independently and efficiently
• Originate new client relationships and expand existing ones
• Collaborate with peers to support client matters and development
Who You Are
• 7+ years of corporate law experience at a U.S. law firm
• Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. State Bar
• Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transactional skills
• Communicates clearly and meets deadlines reliably
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with legal and communication technology

• A portable book of business generating at least $500,000 in annual revenue
