Concrete Finishers – Cleveland, OH (and Surrounding Areas) Full-Time | Top Pay Based on Experience | Weekly Pay Power Labor is actively hiring skilled Concrete Finishers for projects in Cleveland and surrounding areas within a 1-hour drive. This is a great opportunity to join a dependable crew and put your finishing skills to work with steady projects and strong support from our team. What You’ll Do Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete floors, sidewalks, roads, or curbs. Operate hand and power tools to shape, level, and texture concrete surfaces. Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other concrete structures. Apply curing compounds and sealants to protect finished work. Read and follow project blueprints, drawings, and instructions. Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times. Requirements Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Own finishing tools, hand tools, and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, boots). Prior experience as a concrete finisher in commercial or residential projects. Ability to work full-time, weather-dependent hours. Strong work ethic and commitment to consistent attendance.
