A leading innovator in construction solutions is expanding its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence to enhance products and services through cutting-edge technologies. You will be joining a rapidly growing AI division within the Data Value Creation Group. This team analyzes industry challenges, identifies innovative data-driven solutions, and develops state-of-the-art AI technologies both in-house and with external partners-pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the construction sector.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Identify and address technical challenges in areas related to Smart Construction, both within the company and for clients
• Collaborate with AI specialists and cross-functional teams to design and implement AI, ML, or optimization-based solutions
• Contribute to spreading AI literacy throughout the organization
• Participate in the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation and research to deployment

Mandatory Requirements

• Master's degree in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience building ML models OR PhD in a relevant field with related thesis/publications
• Solid understanding of modern ML technologies, models, and methods
• Strong foundation in data analytics
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and other modern ML libraries
• Ability to understand academic research papers and translate insights into practical applications
• Strong technical communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial or academic experience with Point Clouds/NERFs, Diffusion Models, Transformers, Deep Reinforcement Learning, or Evolutionary Algorithms
• Experience designing, building, or optimizing models in the above areas
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCS, or Azure
• Experience packaging and deploying ML models
• Background or interest in civil engineering
