Recruiter

PrideStaff, an award winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Columbia, MD team. If you have a high energy level, a social personality, are goal-oriented and love to help people, we want to hear from you!

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, First Shift, 8:00 - 5:00 PM

Salary : $40,000-45,000

Location: Columbia, MD

Experience: Entry-level to mid-level, 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, interview, and hire candidates for a variety of different fields.
• Access client needs and matching qualified candidates to an open job order.
• Maintain relationships with both candidates and clients through active communication - following up with emails, and phone calls.
• Document candidates reports, sales, and staffing activity through our ATS system.
• Oversee payroll duties.
• Onboard new candidates.
• Maximize engagement and leads.

Qualifications:

• Background in Staffing and Recruiting or Customer Service is a plus.
• Experience with payroll is a plus.
• Must have a strong work ethic and can manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills.
