Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with the local regulations.

Performance Metrics:
Monitor key performance indicators （KPIs） such as order accuracy on time delivery and inventory turnover.
Implement process improvements based on data driven insights.
Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Vendor Relations:
Collaborate with transportation providers negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Optimize transportation logistics to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or delivery.
Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry Business Administration or related fields will be strong plus but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 10 years’ work experience in the distribution management. Chemical material handling will be strong plus.
3 5 years people manager or project management experiment.
Self editing and self coding for Power BI Power Query and Macro will be strong plus.
Business level English communication （Mandatory）. Native level Japanese.
Willingness to work in the diversified international environment.

ご入社後、最初の3・6ヶ月は、既存の倉庫運営マネージャーに報告し、日々の業務をリードし、5・15人の倉庫アソシエイトを管理する業務リーダーとして活動します。その後、倉庫運営マネージャーの役割に移行します。倉庫管理の範囲において、配送センターのスムーズで効率的な運営を確保するために重要な役割を果たします。チームをリードし、在庫管理を行い、顧客の要求に応えるためにパフォーマンス指標を推進します。以下が役割の責任です。

職務内容：

１安全とコンプライアンス：

安全プロトコルの強制と地元の規制とのコンプライアンスを確保します。

安全トレーニングを実施し、文書を管理します。

安全意識の文化を促進します。

２業務の優位性：

在庫管理、受注処理、および事務業務を含む日々の業務を監督します。

生産性目標を達成し、エラーを最小限に抑えるためにワークフローを最適化します。

シームレスなプロセスを確保するために、異なる部門と協力します。

３チームリーダーシップ：

倉庫アソシエイト、スーパーバイザー、および事務スタッフのチームをリードし、モチベートします。

タスクを割り当て、トレーニングを行い、パフォーマンスを評価します。

４パフォーマンス指標：

受注の正確さ、納品の遅れなどの主要なパフォーマンス指標（KPI）をモニタリングします。

スキル・資格

学歴

化学、経営学などの関連分野の学士号は大歓迎ですが、必須ではありません。

最低限の資格

配送管理の実務経験5・10年以上。

化学物質の取り扱いに関する経験があると尚良いです。

3・5年の人員管理またはプロジェクト管理の経験。

Power BI、Power Query、およびマクロの自己編集および自己コーディングの経験があると尚良いです。

ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション（必須）。ネイティブレベルの日本語。
