【プロジェクトについて】:

• 外資系大手生命保険会社においてグローバル標準プラットフォームへのシステム移行プロジェクトの一環として、テストチームの一員としてSIT（システム統合テスト）の計画および実行を支援していただきます
• 顧客の登録・管理を行い、製品設計から申請までのプロセスをすべてペーパーレスで実施します

【役割と責任】:

• テストケースの作成・実装・開発チームとの連携
• テストシナリオ、テストケースおよびテストデータの作成、テスト実施、障害登録

【About the project】

• As part of the system Migration project to a global standard platform, you will support SIT in planning and executing tests as part of the test team
• Customer registration and management will be carried out, and the entire process from product design to application will be carried out paperless

【Role and responsibilities】:

• Test case creation, implementation, and coordination with development team
• Making test scenarios, cases and data, test execution, defect entries communication with development team
  

Requirements

【応募要件】:

• Webアプリケーションやモバイルアプリケーションのテストに関する実務経験が5年以上あること
• 英語および日本語の両方でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションが可能であり、社内外のステークホルダーと連携できることプログラミングスキルが非常に高い場合は、英語要件を緩和することがあります
• 自動化ツールに関する基本的な知識があること

【歓迎要件】:

• SIT（システム統合テスト）、UAT（ユーザー受け入れテスト）などのテスト領域における深い理解と実務経験
• テスト計画書の作成、テスト戦略の立案能力
• 日本語および英語でのクライアントの業務要件の理解力
• クライアントおよび社内関係者との効果的なコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーションスキル
• Playwright、Toscaなどの自動化ツールの使用経験
• チームリーダーとしての経験
• データ分析結果を活用し、ステークホルダー向けにストーリーテリングする能力

【Must】

• 5+Years of relevant experience in testing web applications, mobile applications
• Ability to communicate at a business level in both English and Japanese, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. In case the resource is very good in programming, we can relax the English requirement
• Fair knowledge of Automation tools

【Nice to have】

• Deep understanding and practical experience in Testing areas such as SIT, UAT
• Ability to write Test plan, Create test strategies
• Ability to understand clients' business requirements in Japanese and English
• Effective communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience in Automation tools Playwright, Tosca
• Experience as a team leader
• Experience leveraging data insights into storytelling for stakeholders
