主な職務/ Job Responsibility

  • トレーニングの実施(車両システムに関する技術トレーニングセッション(対面またはオンライン)を実施、実演を交えたデモンストレーションを提供、技術者に対し診断手順、診断機器の使用方法、およびOEMツールの操作方法を指導)
  • カリキュラム開発(トレーニングコンテンツの開発またはローカライズ、トレーニング資料が最新のOEMまたは業界標準と一致するように確認、異なる対象者のスキルレベル(初心者から上級技術者まで)に応じてトレーニングをカスタマイズ)
  • 評価と認定(研修生の理解度と進捗を評価するための評価ツールの作成、トレーニング成果の追跡と報告)

  • 計画 > スケジュールと投資(トレーニング資料とツール)

  • Deliver training (Conduct technical training sessions (in-person or virtual) on vehicle systems, Provide hands-on demonstrations, Train technicians on diagnostic procedures, use of diagnostic equipment, and OEM tools)
  • Curriculum Development (Develop or localize training content, Ensure training materials align with the latest OEM or industry standards, customize training based on different audience skill levels (beginner to master technician)
  • Assessment & Certification (Create assessments to evaluate trainee understanding and progress, Track and report training outcomes)

必須要件/ Eligibility

業界のこだわり/Industry-自動車業界でのご経験/ Automobile Industry

必須/ Required Skill and experience:

二級自動車整備士資格以上/ Second-class auto mechanic qualification or higher

下記いずれかの経験/ One of the Experience from below

  • 各メーカーおよび輸入業者における技術トレーナーとしての経験が3~4年以上ある方/ More than 3-4 years of experience as a technical trainer for each manufacturer and importer
  • ワークショップでの実務経験10年以上/ More than 10 years of working experience in workshops
  • 正規ディーラーでの経験6年以上/ More than 6 years of experience in authorized dealers

言語/ Language - 日本語ネイティブ/ Native Japanese

転職回数/ Number of job changes - 4、5年一つの企業での就業 / Worked for one company at least for 4-5 years

外国人雇用/ Foreign Employment: 配偶者ビザ、永住権、技人国 もしくは 特定技能1号以上/ Permanent, Spause, Gijinkoku Visa, or Skilled Workers
