Who are we looking for?

• This position requires a deep understanding of PCB manufacturing and strong practical ability.
• This position is aligned with MacDermid's sales strategy and is responsible for supporting Circuitly solutions customers, partner suppliers, and internal application development work.
• The skills required for this position include chemical production/chemical evaluation, process audit, analysis of chemical materials and chemical samples, process troubleshooting, quality issue handling.
• Proactive self motivator who can work closely with customers, on-site service, and sales personnel, and be able to work independently to ensure that the benefits of customers and Circuitly solutions are realized, while also helping to promote MacDermid's products.

What will you be doing?

• Support Customers on use of chemical products in their manufacturing lines
• Technical support at customers sides/factory daily
• Update chemicals stocks and consumption in customers' site
• Follow production and productivity
• Provide line troubleshooting at customers' site
• Installation of new process

Who are You?

• At least 3 years of experience in the PCB industry
• Basic knowledge of chemicals
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Chemistry
• Driving License in Japan
• Relevant Industries: Chemicals, Manufacturing, Surface Finishing

What competencies will you need?

• Basic knowledge of chemicals
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Good communication skills and situation handling skills working with a cross-functional team
• Experience and knowledge in PCB production process will be an advantage.
• Be dynamic and take ownership in job task.
• Strong active learning ability and outgoing personality
