Team Member Needed For Short Term Rental Company Location Hybrid work in Calgary, AB T2P 0L4 :

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive stay for our guests. Your responsibilities will include quality checks for cleans done at properties, guest communication, random errands and working with our awesome team of individuals. If you have a passion for guest experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with an eye for detail, we would love to have you on board!

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service online.
• Have the ability to problem-solve
• Assist the team in prepping listings for the next guest.
• Quality check cleans done by other team members
• Assist the team with fulfilling restock at listings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work remotely without supervision when needed.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
