Position: Talent Acquisition & HR Onboarding Specialist Location: Denver, CO Job Id: 359-360 # of Openings: 1 Talent Acquisition & HR Onboarding Specialist Location: Denver, CO | Full-Time | On-Site Compensation: $70,000+ annually, plus bonus potential and full benefits package Overview: Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition & HR Onboarding Specialist to lead company-wide hiring efforts while managing key onboarding, orientation, and limited HR support functions. This role plays a vital part in building exceptional teams and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees across our dynamic restaurant and hospitality brands. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (Primary): Manage full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles across multiple restaurant concepts and locations Write and manage job postings that align with brand standards and staffing goals Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates Schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers Maintain job boards, applicant pipelines, and weekly recruiting metrics Represent the company at hiring events and help develop outreach strategies to strengthen the talent pipeline HR Onboarding Support (Secondary): Administer new hire onboarding in the HRIS/payroll system (e.g., Paycor), ensuring accurate completion of all required documents and compliance materials Lead new hire orientation sessions and communicate key policies, company values, and brand expectations Distribute training materials and assist location leaders in tracking completion of initial employee training Maintain and update employee files, I-9s, and HR records in accordance with company and legal standards Serve as the point of contact between recruiting and operations to ensure smooth transitions and team integration Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or service industries Working knowledge of HRIS systems and onboarding processes (Paycor experience is a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working across multiple properties and departments in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented with a professional and team-oriented approach Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required $70,000+ base salary, depending on experience Performance-based annual bonus opportunity PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance 401K plan with company match Daily lunch, employee discounts, and wellness perks Growth opportunities in Talent Development, HR, or Operations leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Lotus Concepts Management
