The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operations by ensuring timely procurement of goods and services while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, engineering, and planning teams to support sourcing decisions and inventory management.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and change orders in alignment with operational needs.
  • Generate timely procurement reports, dashboards, and cost analysis to support business reviews and audits.
  • Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and qualification processes.
  • Maintain procurement master data integrity in ERP and sourcing systems.
  • Drive or participate in continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, sourcing, and supply chain processes.
  • Adhere to all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure workplace safety and supplier compliance.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Commercial acumen and financial awareness with an understanding of how procurement affects operations, cost, and customer fulfillment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess risks and opportunities based on data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Resilient under pressure; capable of working in dynamic or high-stakes environments.
  • Experience using ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is highly desirable.
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement, with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
