Job Description

A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Supply Chain Business Partner to support its operations in Japan. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment that values collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the supply chain and operations teams
Lead and support initiatives related to demand planning, inventory optimization, and supplier performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, and commercial teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve supply chain efficiency and responsiveness
Requirements:
Proven experience in supply chain management or operations (preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical devices)
Fluency in both Japanese and English (required for internal and external communication)
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Work Style:
Almost fully remote (occasional on-site presence may be required)
