What you'll do

As part of the Product-Led Growth UX Design Team, you will research growth-related problems using various methodologies, collaborating closely with a large, cross-functional team. You should be passionate about customer-centric research, adept at communicating findings clearly, and capable of driving impact across teams. Your focus will be transforming conversations and ambiguous problems into detailed research plans and actionable insights, advocating for user research and best practices.

You should be skilled in usability testing, cross-functional collaboration, and workshop facilitation. This role involves high-visibility projects across different products and areas. It reports to the Director, PLG UX Design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex UX research projects, coaching team members and developing their skills.
  • Drive research strategy across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Foster resource optimization and collaboration to achieve efficient product development.
  • Communicate research insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Build internal networks to enhance research processes and organizational navigation.
  • Innovate and problem-solve on large-scale projects, iterating on research deliverables.
  • Address challenges proactively and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Continuously develop personal skills through stretch assignments and multitasking.

Job Designation

Hybrid: In-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days/week in-office, subject to team needs.

What you bring

Basic

  • At least 8 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree or 6 years with a Masters degree.
  • 6+ years researching consumer, enterprise, or mobile user experiences.

Preferred

  • Masters degree or higher in a research-related field.
  • Experience with generative and evaluative research across multiple projects.
  • Ability to tell persuasive stories with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience triangulating data sources to build narratives and presentations.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating expertise.

Wage Transparency

Pay varies by location and factors like experience and skills. For example, California: $140,000 - $225,075; other states have different ranges.

This Role Is Also Eligible For

  • Bonus incentives based on sales or company performance.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
