• Moldflow simulationを担当します。Moldex 3D及び Moldflow insightが使用できる事が望ましいです。
• 新規開発製品金型を主に使用して、樹脂メーカーと協力してLCPの開発業務を行います。
• コネクタ用金型の設計・開発を担当し、新製品開発をサポートします。
• 設計・測定・解析（DFM）およびPFMEA（製品設計、プロセス設計、金型設計、コスト最適化、金型および製品サンプルの最適化）を実施します。
• 金型とプロセスが、可能な限り低コストで高品質な製品を効率的に生産できるように設計されていることを確認します。
• 新しい金型またはプロセスの金型コスト見積もりを提供します。
• 初回製品承認（FAAR）文書に基づき、プロジェクトが期日通りに完了し、量産に移行できるようにします。
• サプライヤー／工場への出張を行い、オンサイトでトラブルシューティングや設備立ち上げに対応します。
• 射出成形プロセスパラメータの調整に精通し、FANUC射出成形機に精通しています。
• サンプル採取中に発生した問題を分析し、金型のデバッグと改善計画を実行します。
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力を有します。中国語が出来るとより良いです。
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
