About the Company

Our client, a successful growing North American brand, is seeking to hire a Lead CRM Developer for a hybrid (4 days/week in office), full-time position in GTA West. 

About the Opportunity

• This role will be the Technical Lead/Sr. Developer for the Microsoft D365 CRM within the company.

• This is a large custom system which holds data on all the company’s customers, projects, vendors, etc.

• This position will be participating in CRM design/architecture, development, and Level 3 support.

• Experience with Power Platform and the overall Microsoft stack is important. 

About You

• 7+ years of hands-on development and design/architecture positions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

• Hands-on development and design positions with Power Platform, Dataverse, MSSQL 

• Experience with mentoring junior team members, communicating and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• Ability to commute to Mississauga / Brampton offices 4 days per week 

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Project Operations module in MS CRM 

• PowerBI 

• Certifications 

Salary Range 

Base salary $135,000/year plus 10-20% bonus (up to $160,000+ total comp)
