Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Splunk Developer for a short-term contract to support the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The ideal candidate will have experience developing and managing Splunk dashboards, queries, and alerts to support data monitoring and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.
Optimize searches and data models for performance and usability.
Support troubleshooting and data analysis using Splunk.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship (required for Public Trust clearance).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance .
Must be able to travel once to Rockville, MD to pick up a government-issued PIV card.
Proven experience with Splunk development, including creating dashboards and advanced queries.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Contract Details:
Short-term contract role.
Primarily remote with limited on-site requirement (PIV card pickup).
