ServiceNow Administrator Location Edmonton, AB : CLOSING DATE: August 15, 2024 Opportunity Unleash Your Potential with AIMCo! We're on the hunt for an experienced, driven ServiceNow Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As our ServiceNow Administrator, you'll be the main catalyst behind configuring, customizing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to meet our unique organizational needs. What You'll Do:
- Manage the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access control, and system maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to understand process workflows, and translate them into efficient and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with our organizational goals, including forms, workflows, custom dashboards, reports, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.
- Support the resolution of ServiceNow-related incidents and problems by analyzing system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
What We're Looking For: - Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
