Role Overview

In this role you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our Salesforce capabilities ensuring optimal performance and accessibility for all users across the organization.

What you will do

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions focusing on LWC and Integration to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate Salesforce OMS with other systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality scalable and maintainable code.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure error-free functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure alignment to coding standards.
  • Assist in the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

What you bring to the role

  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce LWC development and implementation is required.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce development tools and standard methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with customers at all levels.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  • Salesforce PD1 Certification is required.

Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Kitchener/Toronto, ON. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs
