POSITION OVERVIEW:

Navacord is on a bold journey—scaling past 4,000 employees and shaping Canada’s leading insurance and advisory firm. To fuel this growth, we’re hiring a Senior Manager, Organizational Change to drive adoption of transformational initiatives across our decentralized, entrepreneurial platform. This role will partner across corporate functions, broker partners, and executive leaders and will be the force behind change success at scale—leading people-centered strategies across M&A integrations, shared service migrations, and organizational design transitions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute change strategies for integrations, including people, process, and technology alignment.
  • Build change playbooks to support repeatable business integrations, shared service migrations and M&A onboarding.
  • Establish and track adoption metrics, readiness scores, and feedback loops tied to transformation KPIs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, executive briefings, and communications planning.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Finance on end-to-end organizational transition plans.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years in change management, transformation, or integration roles in mid-to-large organizations; experience in private equity-backed or multi-entity companies is a strong asset.
  • Proven success leading post-M&A change, organizational design execution, or enterprise operating model shifts.
  • Experience working in or with corporate strategy, operations, or transformation offices—ideally with a matrixed reporting environment.
  • Strong change management methodology knowledge (e.g., PROSCI, Kotter), but adaptable to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Ability to connect the dots between operational changes and people impact.
  • Strong executive presence with proven experience briefing senior leaders and facilitating alignment across business units.
  • Business-oriented with a builder mindset—comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on delivery.
  • Confident working with ambiguity, and strong stakeholder management skills across independent businesses and corporate.
  • Bias for action, with a collaborative yet assertive style.
  • Experience with HR technology rollouts, shared service transitions, or workforce planning are nice to have
  • Familiarity with insurance or financial services, especially in a brokerage or advisory model is nice to have
