Senior Legal CounselReport to the General Counsel of Company's Robotics APAC/ChinaProvide legal and compliance support across all business areas in Japan, serving as Corporate Counsel for JapanEngage directly with internal clients and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with business divisions and local functionsSupport business development by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, offering legal advice, and assisting in dispute resolutionEnsure compliance by promoting policy and process implementation, conducting compliance training, and handling internal investigations and external due diligenceSupport M&A, corporate restructuring, liquidation, and corporate governance activities, ensuring legal status maintenance for company's entities in JapanAnalyze legal issues from business units and functions, providing general legal advice and supportHandle other legal and compliance-related tasks as needed#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
Minimum 8 years of corporate legal experience (either at a well-known law firm or in the legal department of a major multinational company)

Ability to independently assess corporate and business risks while acting as both a legal gatekeeper and business partner

Strong ability to manage legal and compliance matters

Japanese: Native level

English: Business level or higher
