- バックエンドに関連する新規技術・新規プロセス開発のプロジェクトリーダー及びいくつかのバックエンドプロセスを担当して頂きます。
- 新規技術の導入に当たり、既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセスフローの構築を行って頂きます。
- 安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保するため、各工程で適切な検査の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施して頂きます。
- 歩留データを分析し、根本要因を特定し、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進頂きます。
- 設計、製造、品質保証、およびフロントエンドの開発メンバーと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。
- デザインルールの設定および検証を実施頂きます。
- 計画、スケジュール、リソース割り当てなど、プロセスの開発と改善に関連するプロジェクトを管理します。
必須
- 電子部品及び半導体業界において開発技術者として５年以上のご経験
- 電子部品及び半導体製造工程(ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、酸化膜成膜 等)に関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。
歓迎
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産導入の経験
- プロジェクトリーダー、チームリーダー、モジュールリーダーとして電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスに携わった経験
- 海外駐在もしくは海外へのプロセス移管経験及び通訳を介さない英語でのコミュニケーション経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面作成及びプレゼンテーション能力
