・CI/CDパイプライン、テスト、ドキュメント作成による高品質な成果物の確保
・設計、製品管理、カスタマーサクセスチームとの連携による製品の継続的な改善
・ディスカッションへの積極的な参加及び他の人のコードのレビューによるチームのサポート
・チームシナジーの向上とジュニアエンジニアの指導

【必須】
・3年以上のWeb開発経験、3年以上のReactを用いた開発経験。
・Typescriptを用いた適切なタイプセーフなコードを書くことができる能力
・若手エンジニアを指導し、チームで働くための協調性を有すること
・コードと一緒に堅牢なテストを書くことができる
・クリーンコードとソフトウェアドキュメンテーションの重要性を理解している方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本語は必須ではありません）
・オープンソース文化／ハッカー文化にフィットしている方
