As a Security Professional Unarmed Industrial Patrol in Ridgeville, SC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the facility. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors alike. You will be responsible for monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional demeanor. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
• Assist with emergency situations by following established protocols and communicating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Support a secure environment by remaining visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and contractors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
