You'll work closely with a Territory Sales Manager, developing targeted account strategies, learning sales techniques and mastering the technology. 求められる経験
■Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
・Proven track record of sales performance in automation or similar industry.
・Uses defined sales process to deliver desired results on a consistent basis.
・Action and result-oriented mindset 
・Ability to solve technical problems and learn new automation technology 
・Ability to work independently in field sales environment with limited overnight travel (up to
20%) 
・Willingness to relocate and pursue career ambition outside of familiar surroundings 
・Good listening communication skills 
・Fit company's culture of Work Hard, Play Hard and Move Fast 
・PC literate with a working knowledge of MS Windows applications 

■Minimum Education and Work Experience Required 
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
・Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required.
・Experience in selling technical products to all levels of an organization is required.
・1-3 years automation product direct sales experience.
