Title: Revenue Operation Manager
About this Job
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to drive the strategy, tools, and processes behind our Sales team. You'll lead key initiatives, streamline Sales processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment to support scalable growth.
This is a brand new role, offering the opportunity to lay the foundation for Revenue Operations at our company. You'll have a direct impact on shaping processes, influencing GTM strategy, and helping scale the business.
We're looking for someone who is process-driven, proactive, and excited to build from the ground up. This role will report directly to our Co-CEO.
Objectives of the Role
Ensure Sales teams operate efficiently through clear, scalable processes
Maintain clean, actionable data in our CRM to support decision-making
Help teams hit their goals by removing roadblocks and improving workflows
Lead strategic initiatives that drive performance and alignment across departments
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Create, improve, and standardize workflows and processes
Execute on key projects / strategies to improve sales performance
Train teams on tools and CRM best practices
Build and maintain dashboards to ensure CRM accuracy and support data-driven decision-making
Assist with forecasting, capacity modeling, tool management, and tracking key performance metrics
Collaboration across departments to maintain alignment
Skills & Qualifications
~2-3 years in sales enablement, RevOps, or sales operations
~ Additional sales experience is a plus
Skilled in building and optimizing sales processes, CRM workflows, and cross-functional collaboration
Highly organized, process-driven, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with a bias for action and a self-starter mindset.

~ Half day on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving
~ Thursday & following Friday fully off
~12/24 - 1/2 Company break (Subject to be longer, but at minimum, all employees can expect this time off)
