Description

* Coordinate interviews, meetings, and onboarding with hiring teams
* Manage multiple schedules and projects efficiently
* Update candidate records and verify new hire information
* Communicate with candidates via phone and email
* Track recruitment activities and prepare weekly reports
* Organize post-interview debrief meetings and materials

Profile

* Experience in scheduling, HR, or coordination roles
* Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment
* Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator preferred
* Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred
