Job Description

Fast-paced residential, farm, and commercial agent seeking a reliable Real Estate Office Assistant to support agent and maintain smooth office operations. This role handles transaction support, listing management, client communication, marketing management, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
-Open and maintain transaction files; track contingencies, deadlines, and closing logistics.
-Manage and update MLS listings; upload photos and ensure listing accuracy.
-Answer phones and emails, schedule/confirm showings, inspections and agent appointments.
-Maintain CRM data, run basic reports, and assist with lead follow-up.
-Support marketing tasks: flyers, social posts, and coordinating photography/staging.
-Handle light bookkeeping: invoices, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
-Keep organized digital and physical files; ensure compliance with office procedures.

Qualifications:

-Reliable, proactive, and the willingness to learn
-Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to multi-task.

Part Time: 3 Hours Per Day - 5 Days A Week (may lead to full time)
Monday - Thursday - In Office (9AM - Noon)
