Department Overview
The Cyber Security Defense Department (CSDD) serves as the headquarters' proactive unit dedicated to cyber defense, overseeing a broad range of protective measures. These include areas such as security solution engineering, Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) management, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security architecture design, threat intelligence analysis, and incident response. Within CSDD, the Cyber Defender Empowerment Section specializes in security solution engineering, covering all stages of the lifecycle-planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance-to deliver innovative security solutions.

Position Outline
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in QA engineering to act as a key technical contributor for our in-house developed, innovative, and standardized cybersecurity products/solutions. This position involves overseeing the standardization of the testing process, including planning, designing, and executing tests, while collaborating with development teams to enhance service quality. You will also be tasked with building and advocating for environments that support test automation and continuous testing. We seek a senior QA engineer with technical expertise, experience, and passion for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our in-house cybersecurity products/solutions. Ideally, the candidate should also have experience using AI-driven testing tools and incorporating generative AI to refine testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the infrastructure for test automation.
• Develop and maintain continuous testing environments.
• Create test automation scripts for UI, API, and web applications.
• Develop performance test scripts, execute performance tests, and analyze results.
• Conduct test code reviews.
• Verify and analyze test results.
• Research and implement automation strategies to enhance testing productivity.
• Explore and apply AI-driven testing methodologies, including automated test case generation, intelligent test execution, and anomaly detection.
