Factory Onboarding & Sourcing Transitions

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new manufacturing partners, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage sourcing transitions across geographies to maintain continuity and reduce operational risk.
  • Ensure new factories meet Peak’s standards for quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary liaison with Peak’s China office to ensure operational execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement contingency plans for supply disruptions.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Develop the procurement function, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture working along side our product development team and sourcing office
  • Champion best practices in global sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive global sourcing and procurement leadership experience, ideally in building materials, hardgoods, or retail-focused consumer products.
  • Proven success developing global sourcing strategies and delivering cost-out results.
  • Deep understanding of global supply markets, including Asia, North America, Latin America and emerging regions.
  • Experience with sourcing finished goods, raw materials (steel, aluminum), components, and packaging.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multi-million dollar vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with key manufacturing processes (e.g., metal forming, die casting).

  • A business degree is required; SCMP or equivalent designation is a strong asset.
  • Mandarin or Spanish language skills are a plus.
