As PU Lead RLT Sasayama, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing transformation—driving excellence, innovation, and compliance across a dynamic site. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing functions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and future-readiness of site operations
• Drive strategic planning and resource allocation aligned with site and Novartis Technical Operations goals
• Oversee daily shop floor operations and optimize production schedules based on workload and risks
• Promote Lean culture through visual management, standard work, and continuous improvement practices
• Manage complex MES systems and cross-functional teams to support electronic batch record execution
• Establish and maintain aseptic manufacturing processes to ensure product sterility and regulatory compliance

• MESや電子バッチ記録システムを管理し、複雑な製造環境を支援する
• 無菌製剤プロセスを確立・維持し、製品の無菌性と規制遵守を確保する

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership, especially in aseptic processing and team development
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HSE, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence initiatives
• Expertise in managing MES and electronic batch record systems across complex manufacturing setups
• Business-level proficiency in English for global collaboration and reporting
• Ability to embody company culture and guide the team in the right direction during department launch
