Contract Product Manager - New Product Launch in Travel Sector

We're hiring a Contract-based Product Manager to lead the integration of a new insurance offering through a major global travel partnership.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact product backed by one of the world's leading insurers. You'll work closely with both local and international teams, driving collaboration across business, tech, legal, and operations to bring an innovative travel insurance solution to market.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and a major global travel partner
- Lead end-to-end product delivery: requirements gathering, planning, and execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness-
- Deliver clear updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and evaluate business cases to support strategic decisions
- Drive agile and waterfall workflows, adapting to shifting project needs

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager for business-side projects
- Experience working across global teams and managing external partnerships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
