As our company continues to grow, we're seeking a Junior Project Manager to support our dynamic project team and help drive the successful execution of projects across the Lower Mainland.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager , you will assist in the coordination and administration of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with senior project managers, site supervisors, consultants, and clients to ensure schedules, budgets, and standards are maintained while gaining valuable experience in the construction and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
• Support budget tracking, cost control , and progress reporting
• Review and manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to support project delivery
• Prepare and update project reports, meeting minutes , and documentation logs 

Qualifications: 

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management , Engineering , Architecture , or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in construction , restoration , or project coordination (co-op/internship experience considered)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (site visits required)
