Annual Salary : 6 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end project management of telecommunication project,
• Define project objectives, project scope, create plan, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• SPOC for project-related communications and collaborate with all stakeholders (project teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors) in both Japanese and English
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Identify, assess project risks and develop mitigation plan and implement risk mitigation strategies and if required escalate critical issues to Rakuten management as needed.
• Ensure that team members adhere to defined QA process and the project meets quality standards and requirements

Qualification:

• Experience working in mobile network, RAN Commander, which is a solution developed for automated 5G mobile network planning and optimization
• Working experience in 5G/4G network.
• Understanding the tools like RAN Designer and RAN Optimizer:
• Project Management: Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Native Level Japanese and business level English .
• Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).

Japanese languages: Native  level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
