The Project Administrator – Corrugated Packaging & POP Displays supports the Project Management team with order entry, purchasing, invoicing, and coordination tasks across multiple departments. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, creative packaging and display production environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter corrugate orders into the manufacturing system
• Places material orders for Manufacturing and Suppliers
• Prepares Purchase Orders to Suppliers
• Receives Purchase Orders and provides back up for accounting.
• Assists PM with monthly inventory reporting.
• Prepares invoicing to be sent to accounting.
• Assists with quotes and estimating.
• Liaison with ICI plant to coordinate late & rush board orders and communicate to PM Team
• Assists PMs with special projects.
• Back up reception (share responsibility with other Administrator), lunches only.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree or certificate in Graphic Communication Management, Packaging Design or similar, or equivalent combination of education and in field experience.
• Previous administrative experience (experience in displays or packaging is an asset)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Comfortable learning and using custom software platforms (e.g., Nimble, Conductor, Display Watch, Visual)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Working Conditions:

• Office-based environment with occasional interaction with plant operations and visitors
• Minimal travel to visit customers and between locations.

• Prepress 3%
• Sales – 4%
• Project Managers – 80%
• Customers – 5%
• Fulfillment – 3%
• Visitors – 5%
